Bio of Monique Hepburn:

My name is Monique,
My work experience includes being a Kindergarten Teacher, Activity Coordinator, Activity Instructor, Youth Counsellor, and Teen Counsellor.
My jobs have taken me to different parts of the world, but my favourite place is South Africa.
I believe that a healthy body equals a healthy mind, and hula hooping is one of my favourite exercises to teach. Each of my hula hoop sessions includes a warm-up, workout, game and cool down/meditation.
