Wileen has a B.A Ed degree in School Guidance, as well as a B.Ed Psychology degree. She also holds an international certificate in listening therapy. (Tomatis Listening Therapy)

She was the principal of Zenith Academy, which she and her mother started and ran for about 15 years, where they implemented various strategies and programmes to optimise learning in children from grade 0 to 12. She created her Star Program which is an accelerated learning and perception curriculum for schools.
