Charmaine de Wet

Bio of  Charmaine de Wet:

Charmaine is the proud mom of two that tried it all before deciding to homeschool. She did 5 years of research into homeschooling before taking the plunge to homeschool both her kids for the last 6 year, of which the last 2 and a half have been high school.

She has one neurodiverse child graduating in June/July this year who is qualified and successfully employed in his dream career, and one academic child who will be graduating at the end of 2024. She has discovered alternative paths that bypass some of the system in order to have children who are qualified now, with options for the future, to pursue their dream careers straight out of school.

She explains how they tackled their journey, and hopes that this will help other families to find their own unique paths to success.
